Wendy was raised in Geelong and received a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Deakin University. Wendy was admitted to practise law in 2002. Since then Wendy has practised family law in both the community and private sectors in Victoria and in Western Australia.
Wendy was accredited as a specialist in family law in 2011 and is experienced across a diverse range of family law issues including property and financial settlements and parenting disputes. (See services).
Wendy has extensive court experience and has appeared for clients in the Family Court, the Federal Circuit Court, the Magistrates’ Court and the Family Court of Western Australia.
Wendy offers her clients an understanding yet pro-active approach and uses her vast skill-set to bring about effective and early resolutions, where possible, to avoid unnecessary financial and emotional strain.
When litigation is required, Wendy offers robust representation to ensure her clients the best possible outcome.
